About the Role

As Lead Executive for International Payments, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will lead a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and clients, to drive business development and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the UK market.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and clients, to drive business development and growth opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction by implementing process improvements and leveraging technology.
What We Offer

In addition to the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, we offer a competitive salary range of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus and benefits package.
