About the Role

You will work closely with our optometrists, supporting them with clinical tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with patients throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Patient Communication and Support: Provide exceptional patient care, build trust, and maintain regular communication before and after treatment.
  2. Clinical Assistance: Support optometrists during consultations, assist with scanning and recording patient data.
  3. Treatment Coordination: Coordinate appointment schedules, discuss finance options, and ensure smooth transition of care.
  4. Record Keeping: Accurately maintain patient records, including health questionnaires and treatment plans.
