**Hotel Sales Lead**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to join our team at this branded hotel in Sussex. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that meet or exceed targets. They will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and organising in-market sales tours to promote the hotel's products and services.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the hotel. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the General Manager and other departments to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in senior sales within hotels
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for sales
  • Ability to make effective commercial decisions
  • Marketing experience
  • Dynamic, proactive, and motivated individual

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is up to £55,000 + bonus. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including discounts across the hotel group.
