We are seeking an experienced Administrative Platform Coordinator to join our team at Aegon UK. As a Back Office Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and helping them manage their financial wellbeing.

Salary: £23,400 per annum (FTE).

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel is also essential.

We offer a competitive benefits package, including 34 days leave per year, a non-contributory pension, and access to healthcare and dental benefits.

In this role, you will work closely with our customers to resolve issues and provide ongoing support. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our Pay & Progression scheme.
