Job Title: Creative Specialist

SeeAbility is seeking a calm, caring, and resilient individual to join our team as a Creative Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with individuals to help them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to individuals with varying needs. Your role will involve:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with daily living tasks and personal care.
  • Helping individuals to plan and achieve their goals, including short-term and long-term aims.
  • Supporting individuals to manage their finances and budget planning.
  • Assisting individuals to prepare for and attend appointments.
  • Providing emotional support and being a positive role model.
