We are currently looking for an experienced NPI/Process Improvement Engineer to join our team at IntaPeople Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-tech start-up and contribute to the development of our next generation of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure the smooth production of our products">
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to enhance efficiency">
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop new products and manufacturing processes">
  • Evaluate designs for approval, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards (ISO: 13485 & 14001)">
  • Support the assembly trials process and troubleshoot any product issues that arise">

Requirements:

">
  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical devices industry">
  • Proven knowledge of manufacturing assembly processes and ability to manage sub-contractors/suppliers">
  • CAD skills, particularly with SolidWorks, and experience in developing manufacturing process documentation">
  • NPI experience and a clear understanding of the importance of process improvement">

Compensation and Benefits:

">

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, as well as the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of IntaPeople Limited.

Remote Working Arrangement:

">

This role offers a remote working arrangement, with travel required to Head Office near Bristol and CMO organisations in West Suffolk and Kent. Fuel and accommodation expenses will be covered when needed.
