Job Summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Shop Foreman to join their team in the southwest of England. This is an exciting opportunity for a Welder/Fabricator with leadership potential to take on a supervisory role and lead a team of welders in a workshop-based environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or engineering, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results. They will be responsible for managing a team of welders, coordinating workflow, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Additionally, they will work closely with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
