Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Unified Communications team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of mentoring sales teams, presenting and closing deals, and growing revenue streams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Bid for and win contracts that align with our Unified Communications ambitions
  • Mentor and develop the existing sales team, focusing on their professional growth and development
  • Lead innovation in product development to meet the needs of commissioning bodies and partner agencies
  • Grow the headcount of the sales team and develop a strong recruitment strategy
Candidate Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in the Unified Communications sector, with a proven track record of managing sales teams and growing revenue streams
  • Strong recruitment and onboarding skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • A track record of success in Business Development and Sales, with experience of operating at a senior level
