Administration Assistant Role

The Role:
- Support the Accounts Administrator in reviewing documentation such as Purchase Orders, Invoices, and other paperwork, including vehicle servicing schedules.
- Meet and greet guests to the site professionally, ensuring visitors feel welcome.
- Answer the telephone in a professional and competent manner.
- Carry out photocopying, creating files, and filing key documents for use within the business.
- Undertake general administrative duties as required.
- Support the wider team and business with administrative tasks as above.
About You:
- You will need to have a high standard of work and be able to communicate effectively face-to-face and over the phone.
- You should be adaptable to change and different working practices.
- Be organised with good attention to detail.
- Be responsive to the needs of your role and the business.
