Role Overview
Yorkshire Choice Homes is seeking an experienced and organized Admin Assistant to support the Accounts Administrator in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Accounts Administrator in checking documentation, including Purchase Orders, Invoices, and vehicle servicing schedules.
- Meet and greet guests to site professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Answer the telephone in a professional and competent manner.
- Perform photocopying, create files, and file key documents for use within the business.
- Assist the wider team and business with administrative tasks as required.

- Professional in their demeanor and able to communicate effectively face-to-face and over the phone.

- Organized with good attention to detail.
