Role Overview

Yorkshire Choice Homes is seeking an experienced and organized Admin Assistant to support the Accounts Administrator in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Accounts Administrator in checking documentation, including Purchase Orders, Invoices, and vehicle servicing schedules.
  • Meet and greet guests to site professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Answer the telephone in a professional and competent manner.
  • Perform photocopying, create files, and file key documents for use within the business.
  • Assist the wider team and business with administrative tasks as required.
