  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests to site professionally and ensuring visitors feel welcome
  • Answer telephone calls in a professional and competent manner
  • Perform photocopying, creating files, and filing key documents for use within the business
  • Assist with general administrative duties and support the wider team and business as required
