We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Growth Representative to join our SaaS organisation as we expand into the UK market.

This role offers faster progression routes to Account Executive or Account Management roles, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to accelerate their careers in sales.

As a Sales Growth Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through a multi-channel approach. Your primary objective will be to connect with prospects, schedule, and attend discovery meetings to better understand their goals and challenges in relation to their solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn, and emails to establish relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and collaborate with the Sales Director on strategic prospecting.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers by identifying and addressing their needs and challenges.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market and develop your sales skills through continuous learning and development.
  • Report regularly to the Manager on activity and pipeline progress.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar BDR or sales role.
  • A competitive and driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A personable and coachable individual with a clear understanding of the importance of building strong relationships with customers.
  • A self-motivated and organised individual with strong career aspirations and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary reflects the level of expertise required and the potential for growth within the company.
