As a Sales Development Representative, you can expect an estimated salary of £24,000 per annum, plus exceptional commission structure where you can earn up to 30% of the revenue you generate. With consistent target achievement, you can expect quarterly increases in your base salary. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to progress into a BDM position within 12 months or explore leadership roles further down the line.
