Join Our Team as a Support Worker in London

We are seeking highly motivated and caring individuals to join our team as Support Workers in London. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with challenging behaviors, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and vulnerable adults to live independently and fulfill their potential.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated and compassionate team who share your passion for delivering high-quality care services. You will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, mobility support, personal hygiene, and medication management.
  • Encourage and support clients in social activities, outings, and engagement with the community.
  • Maintain accurate records of support provided and report any changes in health or behavior to relevant team members.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other team members to develop and follow personalized care plans.
  • Help promote independence and offer encouragement for individuals to engage in their hobbies and interests.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a support or care role.
  • Compassionate, patient, and sensitive to the needs of others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
