Allen-Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Bureau Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for multiple client accounts.

As a Payroll Bureau Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll cycle, from data entry to reporting. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payrolls (end-to-end) for clients in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Ensure all payroll actions comply with relevant legislation and contractual obligations.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and employees regarding payroll queries.
  • Support clients with their payroll reporting requirements.
  • Calculate benefits, produce P11d's & PSAs, and submit them to HMRC.
  • Set up new PAYE schemes and manage any handover payrolls.
  • Establish pension schemes as required.
  • Handle all Auto Enrolment enquiries and set up Auto Enrolment pension schemes.
  • Perform manual calculations as needed.
  • Communicate with HMRC regarding PAYE-related queries.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience processing end-to-end payroll tasks within a bureau environment. A strong understanding of payroll legislation and best practices is essential. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are also crucial for success in this role.

You should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and various payroll processing systems.
