Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Customer Order Coordinator to join our team at Lloyd Recruitment - Epsom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries and orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and delivery
- Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding order status and delivery details
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in order processing
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of order processing and logistics
