We're seeking a well-organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. This role will involve supporting the General Manager in leading the sales process and coordinating admissions and discharges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales process and coordinate admissions and discharges with the Home Administrator.
  • Manage the Front of House team to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policy.
  • Undertake competitor analysis to ensure accurate data within the local market.
  • Support the General Manager in implementing local marketing strategies.

About You

  • Have experience in a previous administration role, with sales experience preferred.
  • Possess effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Be confident in leading, training, and supporting a small team of Customer Service Advisors.
  • Have strong customer relation skills and be able to prioritise and manage your own workload.
