About the Role

As a Customer Service Manager at Avery Healthcare, you will play a vital part in supporting the General Manager in leading the sales process and coordinating admissions and discharges with the Home Administrator. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless experience for our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Greet people politely and professionally, whether in person or by telephone.
Ensure the Front of House team answers the phone in line with company policy.
Manage the process of show rounds and train staff to meet the expected standard.
Undertake competitor analysis to ensure accurate data within the local market.
Support the General Manager in implementing local marketing strategy.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must have experience in a previous administration role, with sales experience preferred. You will possess effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner. You will be confident in leading, training, and supporting a small team of Customer Service Advisors. You will have strong customer relation skills and be able to prioritise and manage your own workload.
