Customer Service Administrator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
* Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to provide informed support

**Requirements**

* Previous customer service experience in a commercial setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Calm and composed under pressure
