The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled customer service specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for developing skills in customer care, welcoming new clients on board, and engaging them in their customer journey.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- You will review enquiries and deal with a range of issues that are preventing the application from being submitted and dealing with any client queries relating to their new account.
- You will build knowledge to identify common queries and resolve these in confidence.
- You will coordinate with the New Business team.
Requirements

- You can resolve any queries quickly and efficiently.
- You've got substantial knowledge in customer service and dealing with clients in a professional manner.
- Ability to identify the exact reasons why an application cannot be submitted and take steps to ensure a successful resolution.
- Motivation and passion for customer focus and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, as well as attention to detail, able to document the details clearly in a concise and understandable manner.
- 1 – 2 years working in either customer services or a customer-facing area.
