Job Title: Gas Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Gas Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sewell Group. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial heating and plumbing systems.
  • Respond to reactive tasks allocated by our Customer Care Team, ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard.
  • Coordinate with external contractors as required to meet business needs.
  • Identify and report defects, ensuring maintenance standards are met.
  • Participate in an on-call rota system for emergency callouts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
  • Full driving license, valid in the UK.
  • Valid domestic and commercial gas qualifications.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Proactive approach to maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work flexibly, including out-of-hours shifts.
  • Strong knowledge of current health and safety practices.
