We are seeking a skilled Gas Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sewell Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial heating and plumbing systems.
- Respond to emergency callouts and ensure all properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Coordinate with external contractors to meet the needs of the business.
- Identify and report defects, ensuring maintenance standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Valid domestic and commercial gas qualifications.
- Full driving license, valid in the UK.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
