Our career development pathway is designed to help you achieve your goals. In your first year, you will receive 121 mentoring from one of our top performers. You will have the opportunity to earn commission on top of your salary from day one and can expect to earn between £35-50k. In your second year, solid performers will look to be promoted to senior consultant, with a salary increase to £50-65k. In your third year, consistent billers will take steps towards management, leading a small team and earning £65k-80k. In your fourth year, you will be on track to earn £80k+, progressing towards 6-figure earnings and leading a team of 4-8 people.
