Career Development Specialist

At Mesabilling, we are seeking a skilled Career Development Specialist to join our team in supporting customers with multiple barriers to employment into work.
The Role
- As a Career Development Specialist, you will manage, support, and develop a caseload of customers, identifying a path to help them into work.
- You will have experience working with customers with multiple barriers to employment, be able to complete in-depth diagnostics, and refer customers to training courses, workshops, and mentoring sessions.
- You will have empathy and a passion to help others, with a requirement to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
About the Role
- This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £28,420 and 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, plus a Pension Scheme.
- You will work in a dynamic environment, supporting customers to overcome their barriers to employment and achieve their career goals.
