This role involves working with shared lives carers, providing them with support and guidance. It's essential to develop good relationships with both carers and individuals they support.

Key Duties:

  1. Collaborate with shared lives carers to ensure high-quality care and support
  2. Establish strong bonds with shared lives carers and individuals they support

Essential Qualifications:

  • Social work degree or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Substantial experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker
  • Business use of a car is required

Estimated Salary: Approximately £76,800 - £83,520 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week and 52 weeks per year
