About the Role

The Deputy Head of Performance Financial Steering at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA is a key position that requires strong leadership and analytical skills. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting and challenging financial performance steering in line with management recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver management information packs on a regular basis to support senior management in taking strategic decisions
  • Oversight of all functions onshore and offshore partnering PFS to deliver accurate and valuable information
  • Represent DFIN and PFS in different projects and committees/governances

About the Team

You will be working closely with the Head of PFS and the team in charge of the UK Business Lines and SUs performance steering. The role is dedicated to supporting the steering team in allocating tasks and priorities in line with management recommendation.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 10/15 years of experience working in Financial services, with a strong background in financial steering. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field would be advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as experience in process improvement analysis and business process reengineering.
