Deputy Head of Performance Steering

About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in financial services, preferably in financial steering or related fields. Your expertise should include process improvement analysis, business process reengineering, and transformation/integration projects. Additionally, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
