Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Location: Cambridge

Hybrid Working: 3 days on-site

The One Group is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join their team in Cambridge. As a key member of the central Finance function, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and yearly management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Post journals and provide variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the annual budget and forecasting process, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collate financial reports, analyze data, and identify trends to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct internal audits as part of the role, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Business partner with the wider business to support financial decision-making, providing expert advice and guidance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified (ACCA/CIMA)
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment will be desirable.
  • Self-motivated, and confident with business partnering.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and good with business intelligence reporting.
  • Willingness to learn and continue developing.
  • Advanced Excel and knowledge of financial systems.
