About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Tax Director to join our team at Pro-Finance. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for providing strategic tax advice to our clients, including start-ups, entrepreneurial businesses, private equity-backed companies, and listed businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advisory and compliance services to clients, including tax planning and quality assurance
  • Be the main point of contact for clients across all tax issues
  • Lead the delivery of the tax strategic framework and contribute to tax planning and complex tax issues
  • Collaborate with Partners to drive business growth and development

Requirements:

  • CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong UK corporate tax experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality tax advice and services
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
