Corporate Tax Director

Pro-Finance

Circa £120,000 + Benefits

Are you a seasoned tax professional seeking a challenging role in a dynamic and entrepreneurial tax team? Do you want to work with a broad client base, including start-ups, private equity-backed businesses, and listed companies?

This role will involve a mix of advisory and compliance work, with a focus on strategic input and quality assurance. As a leader in the tax team, you will be responsible for delivering tax services to clients across various industries, including corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning.

You will work closely with the Partners to develop and implement tax strategies, and will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest tax developments and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tax services to clients across various industries, including corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning.
  • Work closely with the Partners to develop and implement tax strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tax developments and regulations.
  • Lead the tax team and provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong UK corporate tax experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering tax services to clients across various industries.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
