Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team in Buckinghamshire. The ideal candidate will have a background in Residential Conveyancing and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Deal with client, solicitor, lender, and estate agent queries, whether face-to-face, by phone, or by email.
- Manage files, including AML checks, updating correspondence, and ensuring compliance with SRA regulations, lender requirements, and firm procedures.
- Provide administrative support, including photocopying and scanning.
- Prepare quotes for clients and draft completion statements.
- Assist fee earners in preparing reports on title, reports on mortgage, and search reports for clients.
- Raise enquiries and reply to requisitions.
- Conduct online searches.
- Use the Land Registry portal to order official copies, leases, and title plans.
- Generate Stamp Duty Land Tax calculations and submit applications.
- Draft forms such as AP1s and TP1s.
- Prepare and submit bills, receipts, and payments to the accounts department for fee earners.
- Use the Land Registry portal to submit registrations, reply to requisitions, and order official copies, leases, and title plans.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good computer literacy, including working knowledge of case management software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- An understanding of the conveyancing process.
