Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team in Buckinghamshire. The ideal candidate will have a background in Residential Conveyancing and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal with queries from clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents, using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage files, including AML checks, correspondence, and compliance with SRA regulations, lender requirements, and firm procedures.
  • Provide administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and other tasks as required.
  • Prepare quotes and completion statements for clients.
  • Assist fee earners in preparing reports on title, mortgage, and search reports.
  • Raise enquiries and respond to requisitions.
  • Conduct online searches and use the Land Registry portal to order official copies, leases, and title plans.
  • Generate Stamp Duty Land Tax calculations and submit applications.
  • Draft forms such as AP1s and TP1s.
  • Prepare and submit bills, receipts, and payments to the accounts department.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good computer literacy, including working knowledge of case management software.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • An understanding of the conveyancing process.
