Residential Case Handler / Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Case Handler / Paralegal to join our client's growing team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of sale and purchase conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages.
  • Conducting thorough searches and due diligence on properties.
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, transfers of title, and mortgage deeds.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals involved in the conveyancing process.
