We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Associate to join our team at Spinks, a trading division of Harvey Nash Plc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the East Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy using various channels.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating qualified leads and booking meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and collaborate closely with the sales team.

Success Profile:

  • Proven experience in IT/Technology sales is desirable.
  • Ability to self-generate leads through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Passionate about driving business growth and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Confidence in presenting to C-Suite executives and building strong relationships.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Dynamics and LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be an asset.
  • B2B sales experience is highly valued.

  • £35,000 - £45,000/year
  • Remote work arrangement based in East Midlands

Estimated Salary: £38,375 (based on national average salary ranges).
