Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 and Azure Administration: Manage and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including network, server, and storage systems.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of our IT systems, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
- Project Management: Manage and deliver IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Support and Training: Provide guidance and support to junior IT staff and deliver training on IT systems and processes.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in IT administration, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Certifications: Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and administration tasks.
