About the Role:

The Client Solutions Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business efficiency for a diverse client base through innovative technology solutions and exceptional relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with existing clients to identify technology needs and create customised solutions.
  • Develop and manage technology roadmaps in alignment with clients' needs and organisational capabilities.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by consistently delivering effective and innovative technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to oversee and participate in the technical design of client project work and internal project work as required.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to develop solutions for new customers and ensure the successful execution of technical projects.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Experience with MSP technology stack products including email security solutions, backup systems, and cybersecurity measures.
  • Full Driving licence and own transport.
