Account Development Executive

Staffline Recruitment (NI) Ltd. is seeking a talented Account Development Executive to join our team. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met efficiently.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in account management or recruitment, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A stable work history and excellent administrative and IT abilities are also essential.
Your responsibilities will include working closely with clients to understand their needs, sourcing and recruiting top talent, and delivering client-specific training when required. You will also partner with the Branch Manager to provide outstanding service solutions and regularly review performance with clients.
A competitive salary of £22,000-£24,000 per annum, plus an OTE of £26,000-£28,000, is on offer for this exciting opportunity. If you're a motivated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client service, we encourage you to apply.
