Billing Specialist Opportunity

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join their team in Redditch. This 6-month plus contract will provide a unique opportunity to work alongside senior members of the sales force and department heads throughout the operations and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Generation: Work as part of the billing team responsible for generating all invoicing across the group.
  • Complex Invoice Correction: Correct complex invoices using multiple systems.
  • Customer Information Management: Maintain and update all customer information across multiple internal systems.
  • Billing Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy of billing data.
  • Case Queue Management: Monitor and maintain the billing case queue on a daily basis, ensuring all queries are dealt with efficiently.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and other departments across the business.
  • Monthly Bill Runs: Assist with the monthly bill runs.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of billing or accounts receivable experience.
  • Knowledge of Excel skills and the ability to work with a finance database system.
