About this Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Management Lead to join our team at Holmhurst Medical Centre. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Practice Operation: Oversee the smooth operation of the practice, ensuring all non-clinical aspects are managed efficiently.
- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of approximately 18 staff members, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and practice efficiency.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of human resources, facilities management, and information technology.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with staff, partners, and external agencies.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £33,000 to £37,000 per year, depending on hours and experience, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within the NHS.
