We are a well-established General Practice serving over 10,000 patients in the Redhill area. Our goal is to provide high-quality continuing care within the community and a wide range of medical services.

Job Description

This role involves managing the smooth operation of our practice, ensuring all non-clinical aspects are managed efficiently, so that partners and other medical staff can focus on clinical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Practice Operation and Development: Attend ICB meetings, implement actions agreed by partners, manage complaints, and review reports on practice service performance indicators.
  • CQC Compliance: Support the CQC Registered Manager in complying with all CQC requirements.
  • Risk Management: Implement procedures to safeguard confidentiality, investigate breaches, and ensure compliance with statutory guidelines.
  • Premises and Facilities Management: Ensure premises, facilities, and equipment are well-maintained with appropriate monitoring systems.
  • Information Technology: Plan, implement, and oversee information flow systems, ensure data integrity, and negotiate service contracts for IT systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a healthcare environment, ideally in a leadership role, with knowledge of human resources, facilities management, and information technology.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to work effectively with staff, partners, and external agencies.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £33,000 to £37,000 per year, depending on hours and experience, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within the NHS.
