Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for listed and historic buildings, with a strong background in building conservation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out Level 3 building surveys and repair, refurbishment, and conservation projects for private clients.
  • Conduct inspections and provide project management services, including the preparation of architectural drawings and specifications/schedules of work.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in building conservation and a deep appreciation for listed and historic buildings. While certification or accreditation in building conservation (RICS / AABC / RIBA SCA / IHBC) is highly desirable, it is not essential.
