Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building conservation and a deep appreciation for listed and historic buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out Level 3 building surveys and repair, refurbishment, and conservation projects for private clients.
  • Work on historic and listed buildings, including church work, inspections, and project management services.
  • Prepare architectural drawings and Specifications/Schedules of Work.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and provide project management services.
Requirements
  • Chartered Building Surveyor qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong background in building conservation.
  • Deep appreciation for listed and historic buildings.
