About Beach Baker:
We are a long-established firm of Chartered Building Surveyors dedicated to preserving and restoring historic and listed buildings and structures for over 100 years.

We are centrally based, offering easy access to the local regions.
Practice Size:
We are a supportive, small-sized business.
Work Scope:
Our work is exclusively on historic and listed buildings, including Level 3 building surveys and repair, refurbishment, and conservation projects for private clients. Church work is a significant part of our business, and includes carrying out inspections and providing project management services comprising the preparation of architectural drawings and Specifications/Schedules of Work, as well as liaising with stakeholders.

Candidate Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for listed and historic buildings, with a strong background in building conservation. While a certification or accreditation in building conservation (RICS / AABC / RIBA SCA / IHBC) is highly desirable, it is not essential.
