Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Event Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of our events, including project planning, budgeting, and logistics. This is a key role that requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and timelines
    • Oversee the complete project management of events, including coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders
    • Manage budgets and ensure events are delivered within financial limits
  • Event Operations
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless event execution
    • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements
    • Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear understanding of event objectives and requirements
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of events
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records and reports of event progress and outcomes
    • Provide administrative support to the events team as needed

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Education
    • Degree in a related field, such as event management, hospitality, or business administration
