Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Events Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of our events, including project planning, budgeting, and logistics. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for events, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed on time and within budget.
  • Event Operations: Oversee the operational aspects of events, including venue management, catering, and logistics.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of event coordinators and assistants to ensure that events are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Manage event budgets, including forecasting, planning, and controlling expenses.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with events, ensuring that all necessary precautions are taken to ensure a safe and successful event.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as event management, hospitality, or business.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CMP or CMM, are an asset.
