Key Responsibilities:
As a leading venue for conferences and events, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and facilities. Our venue is equipped to host a wide range of events, accommodating up to 2,500 attendees and managing over 380 events annually.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing event bookings and ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email regarding event details
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of event specifics and sales processes
  • Adhering to pricing policies to maximize revenue and identify upselling opportunities
  • Coordinating with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Conducting proactive outreach to past clients and potential leads
  • Collaborating with client teams on-site for a unified approach
  • Participating in venue showcase events and familiarization trips
  • Managing all event-related correspondence, including deposits and invoicing
  • Updating financial records post-event
  • Maintaining up-to-date information on third-party platforms and the venue website
  • Monitoring competitor activities to inform our sales strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with booking system standards
  • Building relationships with local event partners
  • Supporting innovative marketing campaigns
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and following up post-event
  • Performing additional tasks as required
Candidate Profile:
