Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategies to enhance the success rate of debt collections and streamline operational processes.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams across the organization.
  • Conducting regular meetings to review outstanding debts with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency regarding the debt status and fostering a collaborative approach to address challenging accounts.
  • Evaluating data and generating comprehensive reports on credit and collection activities, emphasizing critical metrics and areas needing attention.
  • Leading, coordinating, and mentoring the accounts receivable team, establishing clear goals and performance expectations, and holding regular team discussions.
  • Addressing complex account inquiries and resolving or escalating issues as necessary.
  • Monitoring overdue accounts, proactively reaching out to clients to secure timely payments and negotiating repayment arrangements.
  • Overseeing the assessment of creditworthiness for both new and existing clients to mitigate financial risks.

About You:

  • Extensive experience in credit management with significant experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of managing large datasets.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP accounting systems.
