Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver technical enablement programs to educate partners on BigCommerce products and development best practices.
  • Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to provide pre-sales technical consulting and support partners in solving merchant customizations.
  • Lead activities to enable partners on new platform features, products, and use cases.
  • Provide solutions to address feature gaps and help partners identify scalable solutions and integrations.
  • Present feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to accurately represent agency partner platform needs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on eCommerce recommendations, best practices, and integrations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Sales/Solutions Engineering experience within a SaaS platform or eCommerce organization.
  • 3+ years of front-end development experience, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node, React, REST, and GraphQL.
  • Experience with commerce solutions and applications, such as POS, product catalogs, order management, ERP, and payment gateways.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical skills, and sales methodology.
