About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Assistant to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a Customer Assistant, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer receives a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Efficiently manage deliveries, restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement changes to enhance the shopping experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain the appearance of the store, including the bakery and middle aisles.
What We Offer

- An extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.
