About the RoleAs a Trainee Field Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for selling competitive broadband packages to customers in your local area. You'll receive full training on our products and sales techniques, as well as ongoing coaching and support from experienced team leaders and trainers.
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. You'll learn how to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and achieve your targets.
What We OfferWe're offering a competitive basic salary of £25,500 to £28,500, depending on experience, plus average weekly commission of over £1,000. You'll also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with regular feedback and coaching to help you grow and develop in your role.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need to have a driving license and access to a vehicle. You'll also need to be confident in your ability to sell to customers face-to-face and have a strong work ethic.
We're open to applications from individuals with a variety of backgrounds, including broadband/ utilities sales, charity fundraising, retail, hospitality, and call centre experience. If you're a natural salesperson with a passion for customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
